Rumari at Raffles Bali is Indonesia’s first and still only Krug Ambassade, part of a close-knit global network of 210 restaurants and quality establishments spanning 40 countries, which share the uncompromising commitment to quality and refined maverick spirit of the House’s visionary, non-conformist founder, Joseph Krug.

In tribute to this craftsmanship, each year, the House of Krug honours a humble single ingredient from the culinary world and invites Krug Ambassade Chefs to unleash their creativity upon it by creating unexpected recipes to pair with a glass of the latest Édition of Krug Grande Cuvée or Krug Rosé.

To celebrate lemon, the House’s new single ingredient, Rumari is organizing a unique Krug x Lemon dinner for an intimate group of guests. Executive Chef Gaetan Biesuz – who maintains a strong connection with Krug and participated in the annual Voyage des Ambassades in Naples, Italy earlier this year – infuses the vibrant citrus into a special menu of fine contemporary Indonesian cuisine featuring fish accra with lemon aioli, lobster tortellini with lemon sauce, lamb shoulder with lemon confit, lemon baked Alaska and more.

In an intimate setting, Raffles Bali offers dining experiences around the resort, including the surprise proposal at Purnama Honeymoon Bale by the waters, The Secret Cave dining escapade, or al fresco dining at Farm Terrace.
